Introduction
e-Justice CI is Côte d'Ivoire's official platform for the digitalisation of judicial documents, designed and deployed by Asernum in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, and ONECI. Launched on 31 January 2025, it enables court users to request and obtain their documents online — nationality certificates, criminal records and many more — without going to court.
The web platform covers the request journey, online payment, paperless issuance and the security of official documents. The aim: to reduce queues and simplify both requests and their processing, while guaranteeing the authenticity of the documents issued.
