CI Identité app — identity wallet and document requests

Introduction

CI Identité is Côte d'Ivoire's digital identity mobile app, designed and deployed by Asernum in partnership with ONECI — the national trusted third party for identity. Launched in August 2025, it brings citizens' documents together in a secure identity wallet and lets them generate their administrative documents online, without having to go anywhere in person.

Asernum handled its design and development (iOS & Android): product strategy, brand identity, software engineering and biometric integration. Every document generated is authenticated by a Visible Electronic Seal (CEV), and access to services is protected by the holder's biometric authentication.
