The e-Justice platform, developed by Asernum for Côte d'Ivoire's Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, has been honoured at the National Excellence Award 2026, which recognises the most effective initiatives in modernising public services.

National recognition
On 3 August 2026, at the Presidential Palace, the 13th edition of the National Excellence Award conferred the Excellence Award for Best Digital Public Administration on the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights for its e-Justice.ci platform.
As the technical partner for the development and operation of this platform, Asernum welcomes this recognition, which honours a far-reaching initiative that is profoundly transforming access to justice in Côte d'Ivoire.

Justice, without the journey
Thanks to e-Justice, citizens can now complete their procedures online and obtain official documents more quickly, more reliably and more transparently.
Nationality certificate, criminal record: every document issued can be authenticated and is secured by the Visible Electronic Seal.

Asernum, the platform's designer
As the platform's designer and developer, Asernum brought its technological expertise to bear in supporting the Ivorian State as it modernises its judicial services.
The project thus illustrates Asernum's ability to design and deploy high-impact digital solutions that meet the requirements of public institutions.
